Who is Kate Rose?
Kate Rose was born and brought up in Sevenoaks. Kate attended Vine Lodge, Hatton Secondary Modern School For Girls, West Kent College of Further Education, the London School of Fashion & Clothing Technology and Bromley Tech before relocating to the United States in 1980. Kate was christened and confirmed at St. Nicholas church in Sevenoaks, where she still attends when in Sevenoaks.
Kate worked in New York City for a couple of years and then immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1981 obtaining her Canadian citizenship before moving to Arizona in 1986. Kate has made Arizona her home since 1986 and obtained an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson’s License in 1988.
Kate has worked in Real Estate in Arizona since then receiving her Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License in 1994. Kate opened her own Real Estate Agency in Arizona in 1996 calling it “Kate Rose Realty”. Kate Rose Realty was renamed to “Right Home Realty” in 2004. Right Home Realty is an independent Real Estate Brokerage serving both seller and buyer clients in the Metropolitan Phoenix area.

Kate’s Industry Involvement & Volunteering
Prior to starting SEVENOAKS PROPERTIES, Kate was quite involved in the local, state and national Realtor association in the US, including being President of her local Realtor association in 2004. While in that position, Kate formed a partnership with Habitat for Humanity and the local Realtor association, out of which three homes have been built in the Phoenix area for deserving families. Kate also held directorships in the state and national Realtor Associations as well as the Phoenix area Multiple Listing Service and served on many committees. Kate also serves on the local and state Professional Standards Committees in Arizona from time to time. Kate’s non-industry community volunteering in the US has included starting a club for single adults, being a counselor at a crisis pregnancy center, and serving on her neighborhood’s homeowners’ association board.
